Own a piece of Lancaster Inferno history! This auction is for a jersey* that was worn by our women's team in 2016. That same year Lancaster Inferno left the WPSL league and helped found a brand new league -- UWS. Inferno also played their last game of the season at the Clipper Stadium. It was a memorable year! This auction is for Jersey #22. We don't have a photo of a player in this jersey but here is a pic of another notable Lancaster Inferno alumni, #2 Natalia Pinkney when she was on the 2016 team. Natalia is a current professional, joining FC Saarbrücken in Germany earlier this year (2022). Prior to FC Saarbrücken, Natalia was in Israel, playing for for Emek Hefer WFC for 8 months and Ra’anana Women’s FC for 7 months. At the beginning of 2021, she spent 4 months with FC Lugano in Switzerland. The Perkasie, Pennsylvania native competed at Towson in both soccer and track from 2013-16, playing in 75 games with 54 starts. She earned 16 goals and four assists, including a seven-goal year in 2015. She stands in the top-10 in Towson history in goals, game-winning goals, points and games played. Pinkney graduated from Towson in 2017 with a degree in sociology and anthropology. This jersey is Under Armour Heat Guard in a women's size Medium. *Shorts are not included.
